Porsche Salt Lake City Service Concierge Program
Porsche Salt Lake City is proud to present our Porsche Concierge Service Program. We understand your time is valuable, and finding time to service your vehicle can be very difficult. You now have the option of having your vehicle picked up and/or delivered for your next service. Based on availability, we also provide you with a loaner vehicle for the duration of your service. We are excited to offer this elevated level of service to our Porsche customers throughout Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. Our goal is to give you the best possible service experience with the least amount of downtime. Our Concierge Service Manager is ready to help you schedule your next Concierge Service. Vehicle pickup and delivery
So that we may provide you with the best possible experience, we ask that you understand the following guidelines for our Concierge Program:
- Porsche Salt Lake City will pickup and deliver your vehicle at no cost to you. If you live outside a 50-mile radius, please contact us for availability.
- Because pickup and delivery require planning ahead, please schedule your appointment with us at least 4 to 7 days* in advance.
- Please let us know when scheduling your appointment if you’ll need a loaner vehicle.
*Due to the popularity of the Concierge Program, you may need to schedule your appointment more than 7 days in advance to ensure a loaner vehicle.
Loaner vehicles
For your scheduled loaner vehicle, we require valid and current documentation. Please be prepared to present these items to our Concierge drivers when they arrive:
- Photocopies of your driver’s license and insurance card, as well as any major credit card. The name on all three must match.
- Please keep in mind the loaner vehicle must remain within state lines.
