Porsche Salt Lake City Celebrates Spring with a Move to Our New Dealership
Porsche Salt Lake City has relocated to a new, state-of-the-art facility in Millcreek, offering more space, greater inventory, and an enhanced service experience for customers.

Springtime brings renewal, so it’s also the perfect time to renew our commitment to excellence by opening our new Porsche Salt Lake City facility in Millcreek. We've blossomed into a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership with more space to showcase the largest inventory of Porsche vehicles in the Intermountain West and the largest pre-owned Porsche inventory in Utah. We’ve also doubled the size of our service area, providing more convenience for customers.
It’s been 15 months since Porsche Salt Lake City broke ground at 4074 South Wasatch Blvd. at the base of Mt. Olympus. We’re very proud of this sparkling new Generation 5 Porsche Center, one of 24 exclusive Manufaktur Porsche centers in America, which enables customers to fully customize their vehicles.
The new dealership builds on Porsche Salt Lake City’s position as one of the 25 top-performing Porsche dealers in America and a frequent winner of the Porsche Premier Dealer Award. We are Utah’s only Porsche-exclusive dealership and one of the nation’s first Porsche dealerships with a reputation for quality and service that extends back 68 years.
Porsche Salt Lake City was acquired from the founding Strong family in 2020 by a partnership of Denver-based Schomp Automotive Group, the Elway Group, and Elway executives Mitch Pierce and Michael Maledon, and the NFL hall-of-famer John Elway.
The Schomp Automotive Group already had a presence in Utah with Mercedes-Benz of Farmington. According to Dealer Principal and CEO Aaron Wallace, “Our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Farmington has been wonderful, and we’ve also had great success with Porsche Salt Lake City. When it outgrew the Downtown location, we were excited that we could build a new home that would continue to provide customers the best in German engineering and style.”
Wallace, a fourth-generation auto dealer, heads the group of dealerships representing a dozen brands in metro Denver, metro Salt Lake City, and Fairfield, California. The Elway Group, helmed by football legend John Elway and Mitch Pierce, owns dealerships in Colorado, Utah, Nebraska, and California. Porsche Salt Lake City is led by General Manager Gavin Pierce.
“We want to thank United Contractors for their work getting the facility built, Porsche North America for its support during the process, and for the help and cooperation of Millcreek and the Millcreek City Council. We are thrilled to be here and plan to be great community partners,” said Gavin Pierce.
The new Porsche Salt Lake City dealership is conveniently located about 15 minutes south of Downtown Salt Lake City at 4074 South Wasatch Blvd. in Millcreek, just off I-215 via E 3900 South. We hope you’ll come visit us soon and see why we’re so excited about our new home!
